Common questions
Can you move the toilet, tub, or shower?
Sometimes, and it depends on what is under the floor and in the wall. Moving drains is the single biggest driver of a bathroom’s scope, which is why we work it out before demolition instead of discovering it after.
Do you do tub-to-shower conversions?
Yes. Whether it is the right call depends on the room, the household, and what the wall and drain will support.
What about waterproofing behind the tile?
It is part of the scope, in writing. A tiled wet area is only as good as what is behind it, and it is the most common place a cheap bathroom remodel fails a few years later.
Who handles the electrical and plumbing?
