- Appliance fit — making sure what you bought fits the opening.
Exact scope depends on what we find and on the decisions you make, and is confirmed for your property before work begins.
Electrical and plumbing on our projects are delivered through a vetted network of trade subcontractors — we do not hold trade licenses ourselves and will not pretend to. Work remains subject to applicable local licensing and permit requirements.

Does flooring get bundled into a kitchen project, or is it separate?
Whichever you prefer. Fold it into the kitchen scope and we sequence it with the other trades, or book it as its own job — neither route gets treated as an afterthought.
Do you move walls, or only work within the existing layout?
Both come up. Which one your house can support is part of what we work out before the scope is written.
Who handles the electrical and plumbing?
