On a project this size, what is behind the finishes usually shapes the plan more than what is in front of them, so that is where we start.
Electrical and plumbing on our projects are delivered through a vetted network of trade subcontractors — we do not hold trade licenses ourselves and will not pretend to. Work remains subject to applicable local licensing and permit requirements.
How a remodel or addition runs

- We confirm service area, scope, and capacity — plainly, before anyone commits.
- Structure, layout, and finishes are settled together — with you, and against real construction cost.
- Written scope, then the build — sequenced work, coordinated trades, one company answering for it start to finish.
We will tell you honestly if a project falls outside our current service area or capacity.
Common questions
Can that wall come out?
Sometimes, and the honest answer is that it depends on what the wall is carrying. Whether a wall is structural, and what it takes to remove it if it is, gets determined during design rather than assumed in a first conversation.
Do you build ground-up custom homes?
Not today. Our work is remodels, additions, and finish-out of existing structures. If you are planning a new home from bare ground, we will tell you that rather than take the project and learn on it.
Can we live in the house during the work?
Often, and it depends on the scope and which systems come offline. It is worth deciding early, because it changes how the work is sequenced and staged.
How do additions tie into the existing house?
Roof, foundation, and mechanical systems all have to meet the existing structure. Those connections are the part of an addition that is easiest to underestimate, so they are worked out in design rather than resolved in the field.
